Welcome to wonderful Sandpiper Beach (SPB) 205! This beach-front, walk up luxury condo features two bedrooms, two full baths, spacious living room with vaulted ceiling, and spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from the master bedroom and screened lanai. SPB is tucked away off the main roads in a low-density (27 units) secluded community that’s situated mid-island on beautiful Sanibel Island, near all the bike/walking paths and local restaurants!

You’ll be sure to feel relaxed on the private beach with one of the largest sandy areas along Sanibel’s shoreline. However, just a short drive up the road you will find shopping, restaurants, and the J. N. “Ding” Darling National Wildlife Refuge where you can kayak and explore the natural wonders of southwest Florida.

CONDO FEATURES
Sandpiper Beach 205 is a beautifully decorated condo with owners who take great pride in their vacation home. This cozy condo includes brand new stainless steel appliances, furniture, artwork and decor which were carefully picked out to ensure all guests feel they're at an Island oasis.

The open concept floor plan offers a front to back view through to the gulf of Mexico. Eleven foot vaulted ceilings give a light and airy feel to this spacious condo that allows up to six guests. Ceiling fans in each room provide plentiful air circulation.

For those who like to cook, there is a well stocked kitchen with many convenience items including a hand mixer, waffle maker, juicer, and plenty of cookware and dinner/glassware. A 12 cup pot and K-cup coffee maker awaits your morning brew.

The master bedroom features a custom ensuite bathroom/closet with makeup counter and large shower, king bed, 43” smart TV, and sliding glass doors that provide access to the private lanai. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in amazing views of the gulf of Mexico that can be seen from the bedroom window and lanai.

The living room features a queen pull-out sleeper sofa perfect for children or teens, 55” smart TV, and of course, spectacular views of the gulf. New sliding glass doors provide easy access to the private lanai where you can enjoy a meal or relax on the chaise lounge.

The guest bedroom features two twin XL beds, a 32” smart TV, and large closet with a full bathroom around the corner with a shower/tub. An in-unit laundry features new a stackable washer/dryer to afford the convenience of freshening up clothes and beach towels mid-week or for longer stays.

This condo offers private high-speed WIFI at no cost.

A beach supply closet (dedicated to this condo) is shared with guests and is stocked with items to help make your stay even more convenient. A beach wagon, Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella, pickleball set, and more are available for your use.

When you’ve had your fill of enjoying the private beach, Sandpiper Beach offers a heated community pool with two bathrooms, tennis court, shuffleboard court, and community grilling area with picnic tables to enjoy a quick meal. A shell washing/shower station is provided as you reach the end of the boardwalk near the pool.

  The price is high, but the condo is high quality.
  Some connotations:
  - the masterroom has a waterbed, our previous backache has gone after the first night.
  - the carpet on the lanai is senseless, because it got wet after every rainshower and stayed wet for weeks.
  - please overthink your pet rules: there was a huge dog at the end of our stay. Its aggressive behaviour has stopped us from using the pool while it was there with its owners.

  Sandpiper Beach is mostlikely one of the most beautiful spots on the entire Island, located in a tranquile park Area away from the street. Although the area is yet under recovery we have enjoyed our stay a lot, even if we have been aware and have been prepared that there might be construction work going on it hasn't effected our life there at all.
  The condo 205, located on the upper floor, itself is brilliant equipped down to the details clean and need the view from the lanai across the garden towards the sea is breathtaking.
  The beach could also be located in paradise, the pool area is very clean and perfectly maintained however the Umbrellas are missing yet and so it's hard to stay arround there for long during the dayhours.
  The surroundings including Tennis court and green areas are brandnew and in appropriate conditions.
  The condo is offered as a 6 sleeps unit, due to the arrangement of the flat and the furnishingit is hard to imagine if it will be suitable for 6 people. The sidebathroom is relatively small. To unfold the sleep sofa it will require some movement of furniture and will probably block the most of living area one its unfolded.
  For the two of us there was nothing to complain about and we can highly recommend the Condo for a couple and two kids or teens.
  Our next stay for next year is already planned!
