  We had a great time and the rooms were terrific. The photos and property description was all as presented. We would stay again. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of seating in the living room, and the kitchen was very well stocked. The storage area had chairs and an umbrella and even a wagon to take all our stuff out to the beach. The beach was close with a boardwalk to get out there. We could not be more satisfied and I would definitely recommend this condo.

  We have been renting in Sanibel for over 40 years and found Compass Point 221 to be an exceptional condo location that is well laid out and furnished. The kitchen and living area is spacious and provides an excellent location for light entertaining. We also love the outside facilities that come with Compass Point that include the pool, bocchi court, shuffleboard, tennis court, two pickle ball courts and half court basketball. We enjoy staying active, even on vacation. The owner has been very thoughtful in providing little extras and Sanibel Captiva Island Vacations have been outstanding to work with. Always friendly and responsive.
  We enjoy dinners at many local restaurants including Grandma Dots, Timbers, Traders, Old Captiva House, Green Flash, and Doc Fords. Excellent breakfast at Over Easy and Sanibel Cafe.
  Great location to get away from the "mud months" in Northern Wisconsin and to walk on the beach and ride bikes on the extensive bike paths.

  From the start to finish of our vacation everything was great! Sanibel Captiva Island vacation rental was great to work with- quick response and informative!
  Our unit at Compass point 221 was very nice and comfortable! Having all of the beach stuff- cart, chairs and umbrellas was great! No water view but only a short walk to the beach.

  We had a wonderful week! We love Sanibel and we love the Compass Point property. This was our first stay in this condo and it was great! Loved the decor, comfy bedding, linens, etc. The unit has every little thing you could need, including a well-stocked storage room for all your beach needs!
