Please be aware that Pointe Santo and its surroundings are recovering from the effects of Hurricane Ian. Amenities, such as the elevator, pool, tennis courts, and grills, may not be available during your stay. Due to reconstruction, you may experience some noise disruptions.

To give you the best of Sanibel, this island beach condo has been updated with luxury finishes throughout and features high-end textiles and decor. During your time at Pointe Santo E37, enjoy your morning coffee on the screened lanai overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, prepare meals from the luxury, open-concept kitchen, relax in the immaculately maintained community swimming pool and play a round or more of tennis at the on-site tennis courts! Of course, relaxing on Sanibel’s powdery beaches cannot be missed. Feel free to use the provided beach towels and beach equipment as you head to the beach from the private beach access, just steps away.
