  This location was perfect! You get to wake up and look at the bay and then have a 5 minute walk to the beach. The best of both worlds. There was plenty of space for our family of 5, and we had friends come by and spend a couple days with us as well. There were some minor kitchen items I recommended to the management company to include moving forward, especially if you are cooking for a large group however, the kitchen was well stocked. The management company itself was WONDERFUL! Very responsive, kind, informative, proactive in their communication and helpful.

  We really enjoyed all the space, the pool and having a dock for our boat. The home does need some repairs outside and there was a broken down hammock on the patio that needs to be thrown away. Overall, it was a great time and the house had everything we needed.

  This is our third time renting in Captiva and this home is by far our favorite. The location is fantastic, the layout of the house is very functional, the pool area is fantastic and the ability to dock our 30 foot boat was essential. They did not have any outdoor leisure games but we had brought our own. We had a few issues but property management was quick to respond. The twin beds might as well be in the living room so be aware of this when you are considering having people sleep there. Would definitely recommend this place.

  If you rent this house through Sanibel Captiva Vacation Rentals you will not regret it. The location is perfect! You are in Captiva, but with the beautiful foliage all around the back you have your privacy. You are still within walking distance of pretty much everything. The private pool is amazing! The house is very spacious and well equipped. The common areas in the house were large enough to comfortably accommodate everyone in our party. The screened in porch in the back was also great! We all hung out there every evening. It was great and didn't allow the bugs in.
  The folks at SanCap Vacay rentals are amazing! This was my first time to the island so I called them numerous times with different questions. They were so amazing and helpful. I would never go through any different company on the island to find a place and we will definitely be back.
