Desirable Gulf Beach Villa at South Seas Island Resort is a low density, two-building complex at the northernmost location of the Beach Villas with its own entry. Beach Villa 2126 has been recently renovated and offers direct gulf front views for an outstanding vacation destination. Enjoy miles of Captiva's award-winning beaches. Golf cart and bike rentals are available nearby for all of your island adventures.

Captiva Beach Villa 2126 is direct beachfront offering a soaring living room and dining room adjoining a newly renovated kitchen. In addition to the twin bedroom with its own flat-screen TV and full bath on main living level, this villa offers a large, screened lanai overlooking the beach for Captiva's famous sunsets. The master bedroom on the upper level has a very comfortable king-sized bed with large 50 inch TV and en-suite bathroom. The loft area offers a brand-new queen sleeper sofa mattress for alternative sleep options. The fully equipped newly remodeled kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker. 2126 condo is located on the second floor (walk-up) and near the Gulf Beach Villa community heated pool. Coin/App operated laundry facilities are located on the ground floor for your convenience. There are on site tennis courts available, marina access and complimentary high-speed wireless internet and a  55 inch smart TV in the living room. Please note this building does not have an elevator. This unit is in the small complex of "Gulf Beach Villlas" with only 2 buildings sharing its resort-style heated pool. The premier Gulf Beach Villas offer a quaint beachfront atmosphere with just 2 buildings sharing its onsite pool and tennis courts, all just steps from the beach.

**Please note, due to Hurricane Ian, certain building amenities such as pool, and more may not be functioning properly during your stay. ABOUT CAPTIVA ISLAND AND THE COMMUNITY
South Seas Island Resort is a prestigious gated community located on the northern tip of Captiva Island. The Beach Villas offer access to 3 swimming pools and gas BBQ grills. Tennis is available at no charge throughout South Seas Resort(might not be available during your stay post Hurricane Ian). This is a privately-owned property located within the gates of South Seas Island Resort and is not subject to Resort Amenities but offers many shops and restaurants within walking distance that are open to the public. However, full South Seas Amenities are not available.

Captiva, which is connected to Sanibel Island by a small bridge, is 6 miles in length, and has consistently been named a top island vacation destination for couples and families - regionally, nationally, and internationally. Andy Rosse Lane is located in downtown Captiva and has many restaurants, shops, and more to explore. Take a short drive to the legendary Old Captiva House for a sunset dinner, enjoy a cocktail while listening to live music at Mucky Duck, or have dessert at the famous Bubble Room! Whatever you do, your time on the island is sure to be captivating!

  Really enjoyed South Seas 2126. Clean, well located, and convenient to local restaurants. The clean up from Helene was not a big deal for us. No inconvenience at all. Would definitely return to the super good property!

  This was our 1st trip back to Captiva since Hurricane Ian. Our original condo rental cancelled on us at the last minute due to unexpected maintenance. We found South Seas Villa 2026 and booked it. However, during inspection that unit was found to be in need of some unexpected repairs as well. Sanibel Captiva Island Vacations reached out to us and offed this unit as an alternative.
  It worked out great! The unit is very nice and the view is amazing. The area is slowly recovering. You should expect on going construction across the area. However, we did love our time there and will return!

  Villa 2126 is a very nice property. It has been VERY recently remodeled. You can still smell the paint a little bit. It is clean as a whistle. Very good for our 4-night long weekend. Beachfront. Nice pool, which is on the side away from the beach, but I mention this to tell you IT DOES NOT MATTER. You can't see the beach from the beach-side pools either. There's a lot of work going on at South Seas but they are doing their best to make a nice guest experience during it. Also, this is a matter of choice, but I really like being in these condos nearer the town of Captiva. More of the resort is up on the north end, about a mile further up. I would not prefer that area, but some might. In all, you would not be disappointed with this rental.

  We had a wonderful trip to Captiva Island! We were celebrating my daughter's high school graduation. The process of checking in was easy, we were after hours and had no problem with the instructions to obtain the keys and paperwork.
  The property was perfect for our needs. The view from the lanai was great. We used the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler a lot - very helpful for the jaunts to the beach. The proximity to the pool and beach were perfect.
  We rented a golf cart and had a blast zipping around the resort and island.
  We can't wait to return for another visit.

  Our family had a great stay in this condo at South Seas! The beach was so close to the rental and there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas for the four of us. Unit was clean and very comfortable. Only issue would be the tv didn’t work and they could have provided a few more essentials to start off. We didn’t want to buy a lot of groceries because we were only staying four nights. Some tea and coffee would have been great.
