CONDO FEATURES
Newly remodeled condo as of 2023! With elegant touches throughout, Sunset Captiva Bayside 103 is a two bedroom, two bath condo that has direct waterfront views of Pine Island Sound. This spacious 1500 sq. ft. first floor unit is nicely decorated with smart TV, free WIFI and cable. The living area also provides additional sleeping with a queen sleep sofa. The open floor plan includes a dining area and fully equipped kitchen including stainless steel appliances as well as a washer and dryer inside the unit. The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom, as the guest bedroom features one queen and one double bed.

  We absolutely loved this unit! We have been staying on Captiva for years. This is my favorite rental so far. I felt right at home. My children fished from the dock every day. We loved seeing the manatee and all of the sea life! We walked to Andy Rossi lane to do the banana boat rides. We also walked to bubble room for dinner and dessert. We will be staying here again!

  The rental was perfect. The Condo was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. There is an elevator in the building, which is incredible when you are carrying a lot of gear. The pool area, located a short walk or golf cart ride, across the street is very nice. The BBQ area and grills were immaculate. We brought our boat and used the dock which was in good condition and provided water and power at the slips. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

  Sunset Captiva Bayside 103 is an excellent place to stay if you are a boater. You can see your boat from the condo. The dock is very nice and has electric and water available.

  We love Captiva and have been visiting the island for years! This condo was perfect for our small family, plenty of space and big bathrooms. Everything was clean and in working condition. The view from the master bedroom and family room is gorgeous! We saw dolphins and manatee everyday. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. The rental company was very easy to work with and gave great information and details for our stay and the property. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

  No better location for us! Wake to sunrise and the manatees, walk across for a dip in the pool, enjoy the beach and watch the amazing sunset with a cocktail. Unit 103 is bright and well stocked with all you'll need. The lanai and view is fantastic. You won't be disappointed
