With two bedrooms and two baths, this unit can sleep up to six guests. Located off Middle Gulf Drive, this complex is in a great location and close to everything on Sanibel!

HOME FEATURES
Coquina 3C features a king bed in the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a queen and one twin in the guest bedroom that leads out to the guest bathroom. This condo has free WIFI and a smart TV in the spacious comfortable living room area. It joins the dining room area that features a pass-through window to the kitchen and a laundry area equipped with full-size washer and dryer. Unwind on your private lanai and enjoy just being a few steps to the beach path! These are just the beginning of what is in store for a perfect vacation! If you're not getting active on the beach, enjoy all the amenities the Coquina community offers.

  Our stay at the Coquina Beach rental was very enjoyable. Close to the beach and pool. The inside very nice. We did have to call the maintenance twice, because we got locked out and the dryer stopped working because of a breaker issue. Both instances were rapidly resolved. The one bedroom had a twin bed and also a queen bed. It would have been nice to have two queens or two full size, but we made it work. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

  This was our first time back since hurricane Ian, and we couldn't have loved it more! The condo was completely and beautifully renovated, super clean and filled with everything one could need. The condo complex and pool are perfectly cared for. The beach is as beautiful and lively as ever, and most restaurants and shops are open. The bike rental service on the island is awesome, and we did most our shopping and exploring by bike. We cannot wait to return to this special little paradise!
