Land's End 1617 is one of the few 2 bedroom luxury villas located at the tip of Captiva Island, overlooking Red Fish Pass and across to North Captiva. LandsEnd is a beautifully maintained private association with a private pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball and grills. These amenities within LandsEnd are exclusive to our owners and owners' guests. That means you won't have to pay the main resort fee!

Experience the full beauty of Captiva Island by staying in LandsEnd Villa 1617. This luxury two-bedroom/two-bathroom villa is truly one of the most sought-after locations within LandsEnd and is perfect for a family or group of four. The main level features an expansive great room with an open kitchen, living area and dining area and laundry room with hall bath and both bedrooms. The outdoor veranda and open-air sun deck provide additional living which provides the perfect atmosphere for casual and relaxed waterfront entertaining. Not all LandsEnd units enjoy these spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and Pine Island Sound! LandsEnd 1617 features a spacious grand master suite with an en-suite bathroom with open views of the water. The master also provides jetted tub and separate shower with dual sinks. The second bedroom offers a private balcony and two full-size beds for extreme comfort.  The unit provides 3 flat-screen TV's and (multi-line) high-speed WIFI. Visit the many world-renowned island bistros and restaurants just outside the gates including Starbucks, The Bubble Room or The Mucky Duck, Keylime Bistro, and RC Otters. We offer flexible travel dates during the low and mid-season to meet your travel needs, we are happy to help!

*While Lands End 1617 is located near the gates of a private Resort, the Lands End HOA are a separate association within the resort. That means you won't have to pay a resort fee! While you won't get resort amenity access, including but not limited to: The landings waterpark, resort restaurants, golf course, beach chair cabanas, etc. However, you will have access to our association amenities including the shared heated pool, tennis courts, propane BBQ grills, and award-winning Captiva Island beaches!

  1617 is a beautiful condo. We found it clean and spacious. We loved watching the fishing and wildlife in Redfish Pass from the second floor patio balcony. It was a very short walk to the beach, and the pool and the hot tub are amazing. We would definitely stay at this condo again soon. Loved the privacy. It is well away from the crowds. The only criticism would be the lack of clarity about what South Seas amenities are available if you rent from a third party (NO SS AMENITIES- no ice cream shop, no restaurants, no PB court, and no use of the "owners only" gym). Some of the language in the description of the unit on VRBO and even the welcome paper on the entryway table say that some SS amenities are available and that wrist bands will be left in the condo. I assume the property managers transfer some of the reviews from renters who rent directly and have SS wrist bands onto the 3rd party sites. Another snafu is that we DID have to stop at an office on Sanibel to pick up keys from a lockbox (a phone call with a human months before and the first few emails said "you will be texted an entry code when the unit is clean".) Apparently this is the only unit that still uses keys. Luckily, I happened to read an email sent the day of arrival that said you had to stop on Sanibel.

  This condo is absolutely stunning in every way! The decor, the view and the serenity ! If you want quiet and romantic, this is the place for you ! Our stay was just perfect! The pool and beach proximity was right there , a short walk. The pool was lovely and extremely clean! The beach was like having your own private peninsula! The sunsets were amazing and the wildlife watching was superb! Overall a 10.
