A Note To Our Guests:
With each new sunrise, we’re one day closer to normal on the islands of Sanibel and Captiva. We’re working diligently with our owners to reopen their vacation rentals as quickly and safely as possible. Please be aware that clean up and construction work will continue throughout the islands due to Hurricane Ian.
Hurricane Ian Damages to Serenity:
-Privacy fence, on right side only, needs to be replaced and pavers need resurfacing. This will not
inhibit your stay.
-Landscaping is still getting worked on and workers may be there more than once a week.

HOME FEATURES
This private island pool home features an expansive open gourmet kitchen, dining, and living room area perfect for entertaining or relaxing with family and friends. Flat screen smart TV's are featured in the living area and all bedrooms, as well as free WIFI. Serenity offers a unique 3 bedroom island home which is perfect for a group of 6, including 1 king master suite with ensuite bath along with two private queen bedrooms, one with its own ensuite bathroom. Serenity also features a large caged in heated pool and hot tub for year round enjoyment! Relax on the upper and lower covered terrace areas for outdoor entertaining poolside. Full size laundry room and now offering child booster seat and pack and play. You'll be surrounded in privacy by lush tropical landscaping and gardens, all while being so close to all the action in the village area. Experience this luxury island getaway. Golf cart and bicycle rentals are available nearby to explore Island style! Garage not available for guest use.

  My husband and I were with our grown college kids. With bed and bath for each of us for privacy and a common area to gather and socialize, it was perfect. The screened pool and grill were ready to enjoy and eat without leaving the house. And the beach was a quick walk down the road. Plus it's close to Mucky Duck, McCarthy Marina along with shops, and a taco or pizza joint. It was truly a dream vacation, feeling like you lived right on the island. We'd like to leave the kids and go with two couples next time!

  Hurricane Ian was relentless, but so are the people of Sanibel & Captiva Islands! Yes, there is still damage to be repaired and there will be for a long time to come, but dont let that stop you from visiting. More and more restaurants & shops are opening every week. This beautiful house in particular suited us perfectly. The bedrooms are spread out with 2 of them offering private baths, which is great for adults wanting their own space. The pool & hot tub were used quite a bit too. You cant beat being 4 houses from the beach. We could actually hear the waves from the lanai! A few sunsets were caught from Mucky Duck.

  We had the most amazing time at Serenity! All of Captiva's fun spots were just a few short steps away from the prime location of Serenity. The pool was was our own little oasis and kept the kids entertained for hours. The property was well maintained, clean, and stocked with supplies that could accommodate any of our needs. Our favorite thing to do was take the short stroll to the beach to watch the sunset, then come back to Serenity for a night swim. I highly recommend this property to anyone considering a stay in Captiva. Serenity helped us make memories that will last a lifetime!

  Perfect layout for three couples or parents with adult children. Bedrooms are separated and private with great open common area. Easy, short walk to beach and a great pool on first level. Beautiful home that needs just a little work. All kitchenware needs to be upgraded with decent pots, pans and serving ware. Kitchen needs a deep clean. Otherwise, house was very clean. We’d return in any case. Captiva never disappoints and this house adds to the experience.

  The house was the cleanest of all short term rentals that we have stayed. The house was properly equipped for cooking, towels, games, tvs, etc. The layout was nice. Location to the beach can't be beat. The Master Bed needed some more support in center so we sunk in which wasn't comfortable. The other beds a little hard. Other than that, the pool area was great and private and the street was quiet. All in all a great place to stay.

  We had a wonderful time at Serenity! The home is beautiful and spacious with everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were a definite plus!! Beautiful lush foliage that reminded me of Hawaii. So close the beach and located on a quiet lane. Loved it! Will go back!
