Direct beachfront Villa located in South Seas Resort on Captiva Island offers two-bedroom/two baths with loft sleeps up to 8 comfortably. Beach Villa 2026 has been recently renovated and offers spectacular gulf views for an outstanding vacation destination. The Beach Villas location is close by to the island's village area for popular restaurants, bistros with live music, island shopping and marinas. Enjoy miles of Captiva's award-winning beaches. Golf cart and bike rentals are available nearby for all of your island adventures.

CONDO FEATURES
South Seas Gulf Beach Villa 2026 is a direct beachfront condo offering a soaring living room and dining room and an adjoining newly renovated kitchen. In addition to the twin bedroom and full bath on the main living level, this villa offers a large, screened lanai overlooking the beach for Captiva's famous sunsets. The spacious living room offers a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The master bedroom on the upper level has a very comfortable king-sized bed with en-suite bathroom with large loft for additional guests.

The loft also has an additional queen sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker. Our condo is located on the first floor (walk-up) and near the Beach Villa community heated pool. Coin operated laundry facilities are located on the ground floor for your convenience. There are tennis courts available, marina access and complimentary high speed wireless internet, flat screen TV's in living room and each bedroom. Please note this building does not have an elevator. 

South Seas Island Resort is a prestigious gated community located on the northern tip of Captiva Island. The Beach Villas offer access to 3 swimming pools and gas BBQ grills. This is a privately-owned property located within the gates of South Seas Island Resort and is not subject to Resort Amenities but offers many shops and restaurants within walking distance that are open to the public. However, full South Seas Amenities are not available we do provide access to our sister resort, Tween Waters Island Resort & Spa.

**This is a privately owned condo and guest will not have full resort amenities. However, you do have access to the community pool outside of the unit.**

ABOUT CAPTIVA ISLAND
Captiva, which is connected to Sanibel Island by a small bridge, is 6 miles in length, and has consistently been named a top island vacation destination for couples and families - regionally, nationally, and internationally. Andy Rosse Lane is located in downtown Captiva and has many restaurants, shops, and more to explore. Take a short drive to the legendary Old Captiva House for a sunset dinner, enjoy a cocktail while listening to live music at Mucky Duck, or have dessert at the famous Bubble Room. Whatever you do, your time on the island is sure to be captivating!

  Our family of 5 enjoyed this lovely South Seas condo in June. It was very clean and perfect gor our two sons,one daughter,and us. The best thing was the view of the ocean. It was just great to sit on the patio and watch the Sun set and walk in the door and hace such a nice view. The beach was around the condo and about 40-75 steps. The pool was just across the parking lot and very clean with places to grill out. We got our groceries in Gory Myers after landing with our flight. We enjoyed several Captiva restaurants: The Green Flash, Doc Fords, The Mucky Duck. We enjoyed some boutique shopping in Captiva and Sanibel. If you want to relax with family and enjoy time away from hustle and bustle, this is your place!

  The space in this unit and views are amazing! Access to the beach is great. This unit is somewhat away from the large crowds in the Beach Villa complex. Bring $5.00 in quarters to run the common laundry on the ground floor, I don't begrudge paying for common laundry but a card system would be better than needing quarters. Overall great unit, holds up to 8 people, great views, definitely a choice place to stay.
