Beach Villa 2026 has been recently renovated and offers spectacular gulf views for an outstanding vacation destination. The Beach Villas location is close by to the island's village area for popular restaurants, bistros with live music, island shopping and marinas. Enjoy miles of Captiva's award-winning beaches. Golf cart and bike rentals are available nearby for all of your island adventures.
**One of the best features of this home is having FULL resort access to 'Tween Waters Inn and Marina where you can enjoy two pools, restaurants, live entertainment, additional beach access, and so much more! **

CONDO FEATURES
Captiva Gulf Beach Villa 2026 is a direct beachfront condo offering and a soaring living room and dining room and an adjoining kitchen. In addition to the twin bedroom and full bath on the main living level, this villa offers a large, screened lanai overlooking the beach for Captiva's famous sunsets and the spacious living room offers a brand new queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The primary bedroom on the upper level has a very comfortable king-sized bed with en-suite bathroom with large loft for additional guests.
The loft also has an additional brand new queen sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker. Our condo is located on the first floor (walk-up) and near the Beach Villa community heated pool. Coin operated laundry facilities are located on the ground floor for your convenience. There are tennis courts available and complimentary high speed wireless internet, flat screen TV's in living room and each bedroom. Please note this building does not have an elevator.
