On the Captiva Drive stretch, Coconut Palm is an elegant and luxuriously styled home that can sleep up to 12 guests (eight adults comfortably) and is dog friendly (with owner approval). Coconut Palm offers five bedrooms and four and half bathrooms, your own private pool, dock and full access to 'Tween Waters Island Resort and Spa, only 0.8 miles away, this home has everything you need for a week or longer vacation! Have a larger group or family? No worries.

The Royal Palm House is on the same Silver Palms Estate and is also available to rent! Both homes can sleep up to 21 people, have 2 private pools, and room for 2 boats at the private dock! You can't get any better than this! 

HOME FEATURES

As you drive down the driveway and through the tropical foliage, you'll immediately feel like you're at your own island oasis. As you walk through the front doors and up the stairs, you'll be welcomed to the open living room and kitchen area that has room for the entire family to cook and relax. Off from the living room is the entrance to your private balcony, overlooking the screened-in pool. A perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon lunch while the kids enjoy the pool. 

Coconut Palm features a king in the master bedroom, located on the main floor and off from the living room, with an ensuite bathroom and a large walk-in closet. The 2nd guest bedroom features a double bed and is also off from the living room and can be closed off from the master suite. As you walk up towards the 2nd floor, you'll notice a small den area that features a trundle bed, perfect for the kids! The 3rd bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom and 4th bedroom has 2 twins and ensuite bathroom as well. 

Downstairs is perfect for additional sleeping space and is where a lot of the fun can take place. In the main area there is a pool table and sitting area with bar nook and mini-fridge. There is also a door that leads out to the enclosed pool. The other side of downstairs can be completely closed off and features a full bath, full kitchen, washer and dryer, sitting area and a trundle bed. There is also a guest suite that features a queen bed. This area is considered the 5th bedroom.

  This house was amazing! Clean, spacious & beautiful. There were 3 floors that housed 2 families with a total of 9 people. 6 bedrooms total, 2 w/full beds, 2 w/queen, 1 with 2 twins, 1 w/a daybed. At least 1 bathroom on each floor as well as shower. All rooms had a tv (lg), most of them smart tvs w/cable. We had no issues with the WiFi. The bottom 2 floors had walk-out access to the screened in porch and pool. Kitchen (there are 2), had all utensils necessary. Garage was loaded with 10 bikes,3 paddle boards, 6+ chairs, lots of other beach items. The only "bad" thing was that the house was about 1/2 mile from the beach. In 5 mins by bike or car, you were at the beach. Tween Waters access was the sprinkles on the cake!! I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

  House was great for our family of 12. Plenty of space for people to get away for alone time. The kids really enjoyed the enclosed pool and the spacious basement area with large TV and pool table. Having 2 sets of washer and dryers was great minus the main floor dryer took several cycles to dry towels and clothes. Location of home made it an easy drive to Tween Waters and Andy Rosse Lane. Home is secluded back off the road and very quiet. We never heard the family staying in the other house on the estate. We didn’t use the dock on the property as we spent most of our time off site. Property Managers were helpful answering questions ahead of arrival and checked in a couple times during our stay. Definitely recommend Coconut Palm to those with larger groups that don’t mind not having a gulf view.

  We spent a wonderful week at Coconut Palm. The house was beautiful and it was fun to have our own pool. For our own family the location was not great as you have to drive to a beach. And the dock (while not a long walk) is not convenient to hang out on as it is directly in front of another house. The house and pool loses its light by midafternoon ( we were there in mid-march) which is too bad if you want to enjoy the evening light.The access to Tween Waters is marvelous and we did use the beach and pools there a few times as well as the tennis/pickle ball courts. If you are looking for a large,stylish home with a private pool, Coconut Palm is a good choice.
