Lighthouse Point A311 is a gulf view, third floor, two-bedroom, two-bath condo located on the eastern tip of the island, where the gulf meets the bay and has memorable Gulf views. Lighthouse Point offers two tennis courts and a heated pool. A short walk away is the historic lighthouse, shops, restaurant, lighthouse beach, and fishing pier.

This condo does require a minimum of 14 nights or longer.

CONDO FEATURES
Lighthouse Point 311 is a spacious condo located on the third floor with elevator access. It features a king bed in the primary bedroom and en-suite bathroom, guest room has two twin beds and a guest bathroom. This condo has free WIFI and a smart TV in the spacious comfortable living room area, with adjacent daybed/futon pull out. It joins the dining room area that features a pass-through window to the kitchen, the dining table seats 6, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Full-size washer and dryer in unit.

    The unit is in an ideal location to enjoy the beach. It is spacious and clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The unit comes with beach equipment in good shape and plenty of beach towels. We had a few minor issues which were quickly addressed by the management company.

    We have visited Sanibel for a month every year since 2018. For the past two years we have stayed in the same condo at Lighthouse Point and have already rebooked for 2023. We are pleased with the location and since this unit was originally owner occupied we enjoy knowing that it was someone’s home. Personal touches are always a plus. It is also quiet , close to the beach, and the pool is always warm.
