HOME FEATURES
The moment you walk into Compass Point 162, you'll be taken away by the unobstructed and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, right from your living room and private lanai. This two-bedroom unit also features a den, equipped with an office desk and can sleep up to six guests. Whether it's pelicans diving down to catch their morning meals or a pod of dolphins swimming by, you'll truly enjoy the tranquility and peacefulness of this condo without ever feeling like you’re in a condo complex. It’s the perfect weekly getaway!

As you walk into the condo you’ll notice a den area off to your left and from the kitchen that is perfect if you need to get work done . Across from the den area is the guest bedroom that features a king bed and a shared hallway bathroom. Walking further into the condo you’ll enter the spacious kitchen and living area. Off from the living room is the primary bedroom that features, not only a king bed and updated ensuite bathroom, but also has exquisite views of the Gulf as well. Enjoy your morning coffee or nightly cocktail out the lanai that can be entered from the primary or the living room. The living room features a sleeper sofa for extra space. If you’re not enjoying the beach, take a dip in the complex’s heated pool, play a game of tennis/shuffleboard or enjoy grilling out by the BBQ grills.   The condo has been completely remodeled and is light and airy. The condo is well appointed with everything you will need. Views are incredible from the fully screened in porch. Easy access to the beach and convenient parking. Easily accessible beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels) and a cart to haul it to boot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning next year! You will not be disappointed.

  My best friend and I have been coming to Sanibel for years. Until this visit I’ve always been the guest (long story) die to her generosity. This time it was all on me. I couldn’t have been happier with Compass Point 162. It was immaculate, fully stocked with every amenity you could need (even a regular Coff pot AND a Kuereg). It’s a very short walk from the complex to the beach. We had great weather and spent almost all our time either on the beach or in the balcony LOOKING at the beach. I recommend this unit without any hesitation!

  We contacted Sanibel Captiva Island Vacations after the rental company we had booked with had informed us 1.5 weeks before our arrival that the unit was not available due to some damage incurred from hurricane Milton. We were scrambling to find a comparable unit that we had booked. We came across Sanibel Captiva Island Vacations and our experience with them was nothing but superb customer service. The booking process was simple and easy. When they indicated that we would receive a message to confirm everything within the hour, the email was in my inbox within the time frame indicated. The unit we stayed in has been remodelled and was great. There were 3 beach chairs, two umbrellas, toys and a beach wagon which made going back and forth easy. We had requested a couple of additional items during our stay and the staff provided exceptional customer service. We have been vacationing on Sanibel for 35+ years. This was the first time back on Sanibel since Covid, Ian, Helene and Milton. We didn't know what to expect but to our surprise the island is recovering nicely. Although we miss Baileys, George and Wendys and the many island stores, we had our fix at Jerry's, Over Easy Cafe, Doc Fords, Sanibel Deli, Mudbugs and the Sunday Farmers Market. Even played a couple rounds of golf at the Sanibel Island Golf Club to support their recovery. Riding the bike paths, "ringing the bell", walking the beach, seeing the wildlife........We had a fantastic time and Sanibel Captiva Island Vacations certainly made the stay great. Would certainly rebook with them.
  PSA... No See Ums were worse on days with no breeze and around sunset. Luckily CVS has their own brand of Anti Itch cream which seemed to work well.

  We rented this because gulf front condos were slim pickings. We booked with the old photos. Floral couch and orang oak.
  We were very pleasantly surprised when we opened the door. Complete remode. Still smells new. Muted greys with a touch of navy with tropical art work. The view and balcony ar both huge. Can’t go wrong with this place. It was perfect.

  My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Compass Point 162. The unit is very thoughtfully furnished, down to scissors, chip clips and extra batteries in the kitchen. The new furniture is so nice and very “beachy” Our only issue was there were no blankets or throws anywhere and the TV in the master didn’t work right, but no big deal!! We’re already looking forward to next year!

  This Compass Point unit has been completely remodeled and very well done! The furnishings are very attractive and certainly, very comfortable. The one thing that really stood out was how well equipped the kitchen is! It is filled with a great assortment of cookware and two excellent options for coffee, a new Keurig and a small drip pot. This is such a great vacation spot that we are going again later this summer!

  We had an amazing stay at Compass Point 162. Everything was updated and new, and you can't beat front row views of the gulf! We saw dolphins just about daily. Shelling on this part of the island is wonderful as well! We had chairs and umbrella's to use if we wanted to, as well as a few shelling supplies. We will definitely stay here again!
