A newly renovated second-floor condominium with a 360 wrap-around porch is located next to the popular Point Ybel Shopping Plaza. This pet-friendly condo is conveniently situated directly next to shopping and restaurants with steps to beaches and bike paths. This condo has a communal washer and dryer located in storage at the foot of the condo. Sanibel Island Suites 5 allows access for our guests to the West Wind Inn resort for beach and pool access!
