  My husband and I have been coming to Sanibel/Captiva for several years now and always have a fabulous time. This time was no exception with a wonderful stay at the Shore Bird on Captiva. We stayed there for 2 weeks in September and enjoyed every moment of it. The interior was beautifully decorated and looked brand new. The huge outdoor living space was my happy place. The home is located right on the water (bay side) with private beach access just a short walk away. Even though there were other homes near by, the house felt like our own private sanctuary with the lovely foliage all around. We even saw several dolphin swimming right by the dock. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
