INTRODUCING LANTANA SUITE OF CAPTIVA ISLAND INN

Located on Andy Rosse Lane and is surrounded by fine shops, great restaurants, and the famous Captiva Beach. The inn features restored guestrooms that are perfect for larger groups. The inn also offers two vacation rental homes, the Harbour House and Celebration House. Both units include a pool and are available for weekly rentals.

Cottage Features
The Lantana is a one king bedroom second floor Suite. The bathroom that is in the hallway between the bedroom and the living room, has a walk-in shower, vanity, toilet and ample storage for towels and toiletries.

The living room is equipped with a Queen size sofa sleeper, TV, coffee table, end tables, kitchenette with refrigerator, range, sink and fully equipped kitchen for four people. Both the bedroom and living room have sliding doors that lead outdoors to the deck that overlooks the active Andy Rosse Lane and you can listen to the music from nearby RC Otters or Keylime Bistro (coming soon!). Our perfect guest enjoys people watching and listening to the sounds of Captiva Islands village.

  This was our first trip back to Captiva Island since the hurricane. Although some places are still closed and there is still evidence of the damage that was done, this island is busy reconstructing and is just as beautiful as it has always been. The location of the Lantana suite is perfect. We sat out on the lovely second story porch and listened to fantastic live music playing across the street at RC Otters. Turn left and the gorgeous uncrowded beach is a two minute walk. Turn right and grab a breakfast sandwich and latte at Boops! The unit was beautifully decorated and easy to keep clean. Everything was in working order. The kitchen is stocked with basic utensils and appliances. Make sure to bring basket coffee filters (12 cup) and any basic condiments like salt/pepper. A starter roll of paper towels, dish soap and toiletries was provided. Chairs/beach towels, regular towels and linens were ample. The rental/management staff was great. We were welcomed and communication via text was timely. We had an unfortunate lock out ...we both thought the other had the key. We were able to call and were directed to another close by site to get a master key. We had a place to wait while the situation was handled, but had we not, we were invited to come to the other site and relax in the AC or at their pool. We were back in our unit within the hour. I would not hesitate to book with these folks again. A good time was had by all!
