Brand new to the rental program, Beach Easy offers you the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Whether you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation, a fun-filled family adventure, or a romantic retreat, Beach Easy has something for everyone.
Book a month or longer between January - November 2024 and you will receive 1 parking pass to our sister resort, Tween Waters Resort and Spa, located on Captiva Island! There you can enjoy a private beach, two resort pools, two tiki bars, marina and more! This is a one time special that Sanibel Captiva Island Vacation Rentals is offering.
HOME FEATURES
Located in a private and secluded neighborhood on the West End of Sanibel Island, Beach Easy is the perfect home away from home. Featuring two bedrooms, an office/den, and two full bathrooms, this ground level home is great for one or two couples. Beach Easy was completely rebuilt and remodeled after Hurricane Ian and now offers a new HVAC system, pool heater, and new appliances throughout. If you're not enjoying a day by your private pool, take a quick walk to one of several deeded beach accesses where you can enjoy shelling, swimming, dolphin watching and the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico sunsets. You won't be disappointed!
Beach Easy also offers a large walk-in laundry room, two car garage, all smart TVs and is dog friendly with Owner approval!
Home is not suitable for young children. 13+ only.
**Please be aware that during peak and mid seasons (December, January, February, March, and April) bookings must be the full calendar month for a 28 night min. We cannot accept mid month - mid month bookings during those dates, even if you're able to book it on third party sites.**
If you would like to bring your furry friend (dog only), please inquire first with photo and details. If Owner approves, additional fee is required.
