Our property is located towards the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded on both sides by waterways. The home itself is situated on a large lot, surrounded by beautiful, landscaped grounds. You'll enter the property through large wooden doors, stepping into a beautiful foyer with 15 foot ceilings throughout. Proceeding down the hall to your left, you'll find a full bathroom and separate laundry room. Two private bedrooms are located at the end of the hall -- one with a queen bed and the other with a full bunk bed and a fold out twin bed. Another private bedroom with a king sized bed is located off of the main foyer.

In the center of the home, you'll find an elegant living room with comfy sofa and reading chairs, and a separate dining room with seating for 12. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances and countertop seating. There is also a breakfast nook with seating for around 6. The kitchen adjoins to a large family room with 65" HDTV with surround sound, a comfortable L-shaped sofa and fireplace. There is also a half bath off of the kitchen which leads to an outdoor shower.

The ample master bedroom suite is set apart from the rest of the home and accessed via a private hallway. There is also a separate thermostat in the master suite so you can set a custom temperature in that portion of the home. The master suite features a king bed, 65" HDTV, and extra large walk-in closet. The master bath features two vanities, bidet, jacuzzi bathtub, and a glass-enclosed shower.

The screened-in lanai can be accessed from two doors - one from the master suite and one from the family room. Inside the lanai, you'll find outdoor seating, a cozy swing chair, and lush plants. The backyard features a lagoon style pool, chaise loungers, outdoor dining table, umbrellas, and a gas grill. There is also a brand new ping pong table in the garage and other lawn games like pickle ball rackets and corn hole boards, as well as beach supplies.

This house is also completely hurricane ready with a kevlar Stormcatcher screen for the lanai, water filtration system, and back up power generator. This home was also one of the few homes not to flood during Hurricane Ian, as it is elevated well above the base flood elevation level.
Our guests are welcome to all parts of the house, pool deck and yard, save a few marked closets that we use for housekeeping supplies and personal effects. Although we keep personal items and our vehicle in the garage, we welcome guests to be able to access the ping pong table and beach supplies in the garage.
