CONDO FEATURES
This brand-new ground floor condo features one king bedroom with one bathroom and walk-in shower with sleeper sofa and smart tvs. Sundial I103 can sleep up to four guests and includes plenty of space to gather! During your time at this island retreat, dine al fresco on the spacious screened lanai looking out at the Gulf of Mexico and of course, spending time on Sanibel's powdery beaches cannot be missed. Feel free to use the provided beach towels and beach equipment as you head to the beach - just steps away!

  This property was perfect for two people. The rental is new and extremely clean, kitchen has all the appliances and equipment needed if planning on preparing meals. There is no laundry facility in the rental which was disappointing since there were only 4 bath towels and one bath mat, 2 wash cloths and hand towels fort the entire week. There is a $50 charge to have a clean set delivered. There is a coin operated laundry facility on the 3rd level for guests to use. Pool and beach were very close and accessible and there are beach chairs for use at the rental. Beach towels were provided but were very thin. There were no extra blankets available except for the one on the bed. Visited Ding Darling and kayaked in the mangroves where lots of birds, fish and a manatee were seen! Most restaurants are open again and fresh seafood available! We love the Sanibel quiet and having all we need on the island!
